Dear Teresa and Brian,
Words cannot express the sincere gratitude I have for you both, Helen Vine, the staff and the counselors there. Over the years you know, and have seen first hand, my struggle with this disease, and you have always been there for me even when I was at my lowest and considered myself hopeless, you believed in me.
Now once again, I almost have 2 months sober and attribute it to Helen Vine, Rhonda, my counselor, and the Exit Plan I left with and which I have followed faithfully.
Also, coming back there as a volunteer and on Sundays to attend the Alumni meeting helps me stay connected and reminds me where one drink will take me.
