I heard about a place called "Helen Vine" a Detox Center. I was soaking wet with no place to go. "That was it," I said, "how do I get there?"
I made it there -- let me tell you the people there were great -- they literally saved my life. The counselors were very supportive -- I never thought I could stop drinking. I probably never could have without their guidance and care. The clients also with similar problems like me worked together to help each other get over their addictions.
I firmly believe I will conquer my addiction this time and turn out to build a good life once again. If Helen Vine didn't exist then neither would I, of thousands of people who have found sobriety and success through their program.
